I LOVE technology and help students explore and enjoy this digital world we live in. Please watch a few highlights. More examples are available in my online portfolio videos. All this work is produced by students aged 11-13. I really enjoy teaching middle years groups. I think that it is an age group that is often underestimated.
ipads & literacy.
I teach 100% EAL students. I love this side of the job. We live in a visual world and no matter what career you have being visually literate is a powerful and valuable tool. In this lesson students were given 5 minutes to prepare an answer about their work. After recording, sharing and reviewing they chose a new question to answer and if necessary took another picture to illustrate their response.
